Planning Decision(s)
Planning Application(s)
To consider the following planning application:-
CH/20/291
Stripping the existing tiles and laying breathable membrane and laths then relaying and re-fixing the existing tiles
Brereton House, 173 Main Road.
To approve the action taken in respect of the following planning applications:-
CH/20/252
Erection of a detached workshop [resubmission of CH/11/0069]
8A Garden Drive.
No objection subject to the inclusion of a condition preventing work and deliveries on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons and nights, as this is a residential area.
CH/20/204
New vehicular access and provision of driveway
115 Brereton Road.
Strongly object as the proposed development is on the brow of a hill. It raises considerable safety issues being on a busy main road. The development would also have a very negative impact on the street scene.
CH/20/04/709M
To not comply with [to vary] Conditions Nos. 3, 8, 14, 15, 35, 53 and 60 attached to planning permission No. CH/00/0577 and S.400/18 to revise the phasing of the winning and working of sand and gravel
Rugeley Quarry, Stafford Brook Road, Rugeley.
[Councillor TA Jones declared an interest in this planning application and took no part in the discussion or decision thereon.]
