To approve and sign off the minutes of Finance Asset & Risk Committee meeting held on Thursday 6th May 2024.
38. MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MEETING
The 9 financial recommendations from the previous meeting were agreed and recommended to be actioned at the next Full Council meeting. (see attached)
48.1.1. That the Full Council agreed the payment of outstanding invoices approved by the FAR committee. Completed.
 19.3a.2 That LF will investigate the issue of tax on food.
20.2 and 10.1 Are to be dealt with by the chair in the item 58 during the Full Council meeting following this meeting. Full Council agenda.
28.1. That LF(RFO) would initiate setting up a new instant access bank account with a guaranteed interest with Unity Trust. Completed. Email 31.05.24 (see item 46)
33.2. That SM will work with the clerk to produce the necessary documentation. Not needed. Clerk completed Grant Policy and Application Form.
