Minutes of a meeting of the Planning Committee held on-line on Tuesday, 1st December 2020.
Present
Councillors TA Jones [Chairman], PA Fisher, Mrs W Fisher, D Johnson and GN Molineux.
Mr PG Davies, the Parish Clerk, was also in attendance.

There were no declarations of interest given at the commencement of the meeting.

RESOLVED
That the minutes of the meeting held on 3rd November 2020, be approved and signed as a correct record.

There were no planning decisions for report to this meeting.
PLANNING APPLICATIONS
RESOLVED
That the following comments be sent to the District Council in respect of the planning applications listed below:-
CH/20/420
Single storey rear extension with alterations to the garage roof
2 Armishaw Place.
No objection, subject to the inclusion of a condition preventing work and deliveries on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons and nights, as imposed on other planning decisions by the Secretary of State and the Planning Inspectorate.

Object. Attlee Crescent is a well-designed unit with a consistent pattern throughout. This proposal would be detrimental to the street scene and detract from the overall layout and design in Attlee Crescent – a comment recognised by Planning Inspectors in respect of previous planning applications.
