BRERETON AND RAVENHILL PARISH COUNCIL

Minutes of a meeting of the Planning Committee held at the Parish Hall, Ravenhill Park, Brereton, on Tuesday, 8th January 2019.

Present

Councillors TA Jones [Chairman], Mrs P Ansell, PA Fisher and GN Molineux.

An apology for absence was received from Councillor Mrs W Fisher.

Mr PG Davies, the Parish Clerk, was also in attendance.

There were no declarations given at the commencement of the meeting.

RESOLVED

That the minutes of the meeting held on 4th December 2018, be approved and signed as a correct record.

The Chairman undertook to review the documents and, if necessary, prepare a response on behalf of the Parish Council.
